Simply add 2 scoops to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 235 ml (8 ounces) of cold water, milk, or juice and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity by varying the amount of liquid that you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with bolder flavour, mix 2 scoops with 175 ml (6oz.) of liquid. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 295 ml (10 oz.) of liquid per 2 scoops.
For post-workout recovery, take one after your workout. On rest days can be taken in the morning or between meals.
Do not use as a sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
